Due to customs restrictions we'll send all goods payed via Paypal with a total over 500USD with one of our forwarders, declared with 500USD. However, an Invoice of the correct and full amount can be requested from Hiteg Ltd.

Warranty

 

All Hiteg products have a one month warranty and a 24 hour shipping insurance for shipping damages.  Products must be inspected for any shipping damages (e.g.: cracks) upon receival.  A claim for shipping damages must be made to the shipping carrier within 24 hours of receiving damaged goods, otherwise, non-refundable.  A product warranty is void once any non-Hiteg device is connected to it which may damage it (e.g.: modules).
